Paul and Sarah Jarman established Boss Brain Boot Camp in 2023. In their second careers as life and executive coaches, they want to share the tools and skills they have learned with young people.

Sarah graduated with a BA in humanities, and stayed home from the corporate world to help raise their children. She ran several small businesses during the first eight years of their marriage. She became a consultant/coach with Myers Briggs in 2013, and then certified with the Life Coach School in 2022.

Paul graduated with a BS in Accounting, working at Franklin Covey and HealthRider before landing at inContact. As CEO for 23 years, he (along with many others) transformed it from a tiny reseller of commercial long distance phone service into the leading cloud solution provider for contact centers. He retired in 2023, and subsequently certified with the Life Coach School and the College of Executive Coaching.

They were married in 1992 and have six children and nine grandchildren.
