Learn how to be a thinking partner—as opposed to a best friend—to ourselves and others, using a brain-flow chart to analyze a thought process from beginning to end.

Boss of Our Emotions

What is an emotion, anyway? Learn how we usually handle negative emotion, and what to do instead. How do we go through the emotion tunnel, and why does it help?

Take back control over our
